Terms of Sale for our Commercial Juicers

All the juicers are commercial juicers for professionals and the prices on our website are excluding VAT/IVA. 

For price enquiry or to place an order, get in touch with us via contact form or email us on info@cancan-juicers.com request a quotation. Once we have received the payment 100% either via bank transfer or secure stripe payment link. We will send you the invoice as a payment confirmation. Juicer will be normally dispatched within 2 working days and then delivered within 7-8 working days, if there are any delays we will communicate with you. 

Kindly note the juicers are dispatched from our warehouse in Spain. Any costs generated by customs procedures and corresponding import taxes in the country of destination will be paid by the customer. 

Please note all the prices are excluding VAT, we charge VAT/IVA in Spain and it is mentioned in the invoice, but in UK the import VAT is collected by customs authorities (unless you are a business and have provided us your UK VAT number). If you fail or refuse to clear the customs the juicer would not be delivered to your address, rather it will be returned back to our warehouse in Spain and there will be a 25% of order cancellation charge. 

All the juicers listed on this website are commercial juicers for professionals, they are dispatched from our warehouse in Spain. Deliveries to Spain are free. 

UK shipping charges: 20€ Manual Juicer, 200€ Desktop Auto, 400€ Juicers with Cabinets.   

There is no 14-day money back period for commercial juicers for professionals & business listed on our website and purchases refunds are not given unless the item develops a fault within 14 days following receipt. This even includes commercial juicers for professionals purchased for domestic use. 

CANCAN JUICERS will not be liable for possible damage to the merchandise due to transport if, on delivery of the material, some type of annotation or stamp "as per examination" is not indicated on the delivery note. Claim period 24 hours from delivery.

If you believe your goods may be faulty within 14 days following receipt of goods of a problem, please state explicitly whether you would like a full refund or a replacement unit otherwise.

CANCAN JUICERS shall have no liability for any failure to deliver goods, any delay in delivery or for any damage or defect to goods caused by any of the following events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control: Acts of God, flood, riots, fire, drought, war or legislation.
